MP Keter mocks Ruto after Matiang'i appointment

Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter has mocked Deputy President William Ruto following the appointment of CS Fred Matiang'i as Chief Minister.

In the executive restructuring done by President Uhuru Kenyatta on Tuesday, Matiang'i will chair the powerful development committee docket.

This will edge out Ruto who has been supervising development projer in the country.

Keter who has been opposing the DP took to social media to congratulate Matiang'i as well as mocking Ruto.
