Kapseret Member of Parliament Oscar Sudi has condemned the utterances by the former Njoro MP Joseph Kiuna terming them as reckless ,incitive and ill intended and might
Through his official Facebook Page Sudi said Kiuna Should be arrested and prosecuted on the same since his utterances are meant to create political tension in the region.
"I want to ask Director DCI George Kinoti to arrest this warmonger immediately before. Kinoti should concentrate on such serious demanding cases and avoid arrests that are preliminarily sideshows,” reads part of the post

His sentiments were echoed by 11 County assemblies from the Rift Valley terming the utterances as unfortunate and meant to bring war.
“We Want to state categorically that we the leaders of Rift Valley want are peace-loving Kenyans, the peace that is currently enjoyed in Rift valley we don’t take it for granted ,we support it and there is no any other post-election violence that is going to happen in the Rift valley as a result of issues of politics and election," said Uasin Gishu County Assembly speaker David Kiplagat who spoke on behalf of the 11 counties from the North Rift and Eldoret town,Saturday.
"We calling upon the security agencies to come out clearly and take actions on one of the utterances as made by former MP of Njoro Joseph Kiuna that fellow belongs to jail. He should be arrested and taken to jail because he is trying to plant the seeds of discord," he added
He noted that when they say that they support the Deputy President it doesn’t mean that they are going to repeat war and whoever wants war they are are not there since we are peace-loving Kenyans.
The County Assemblies that had representation during the press briefing include Baringo, Turkana, West Pokot, Transzoia, Uasin Gishu, Elgeiyo Marakwet, Nandi, Kericho, Bomet, Nakuru and Samburu.
A clip of the former Njoro MP Joseph Kiuna has been doing rounds online where the former legislator says that they (Kikuyus) would defend themselves and are not cowards thus inciting the kikiuyus against the Kalenjins.
