DP Ruto's aide Farouk calls for thorough investigations

Deputy President William Ruto's aide Farouk Kibet has called for thorough investigations into the recent killing of John Kirwa.

The late Kirwa is a brother to Uasin Gishu Governor Jackson Mandago.Farouk spoke today in Uasin Gishu during the burial ceremony.

The body of Kirwa was found in a building at Chepkanga in the outskirts of Eldoret town.

"There is need for thorough investigation into the matter and culprits brought to book,"Farouk said.

He said of late cases  of mysterious killings have risen.

Mandago said his brother died under unclear circumstances.

"There is more than what meets the eye on his death.It is very painful but we have left it to the police,"Mandago said.

He called on those who might be having information concerning the killing to come out and assist in the investigations.
