Uhuru reveals doubts he had with DP Ruto
President Uhuru Kenyatta has finally revealed doubts he had with
his deputy Dr.William Samoei Ruto.
Uhuru spoke during the 60th graduation ceremony of
the University of Nairobi where Ruto graduated with PhD.
According to Uhuru, Ruto would ask for time severally to do his
research and he thought it was a trick to skip his duties.
“Congratulations William, now I know why you used to ask for permission.
I used to think he was cheating when he tells me he needed time to do research,”Uhuru
said as the crowed burst into laughter.
“Today I can attest that
indeed he was doing research,” He added.
Ruto graduated with PhD in Plant Ecology with many leaders and Kenyans
led by President Uhuru congratulating him for the success.
He is expected to succeed Uhuru as next Kenya’s president in
2022 as agreed during the TNA-URP pre-election agreement.
