Deputy President William Ruto is not the type of a politician you will easily knockdown in the political game.

On Sunday, he took over Naivasha town by storm bas the residents chants rent the air to welcome him.

With over 40 mps in his company, Ruto is still the man to beat in 2022 politics.

“Ruto! Ruto! You fought for us in 2017.We cannot forget you brother,” residents shouted.

DP was met with responses of ‘twihamwe’ (We are together) while addressing the residents.

This comes after heightened political tension in Jubilee over 2022 succession politics.

Ruto asked residents to remain united saying Jubilee was one with Uhuru as the leader.

He cautioned politicians trying to bring confusion in the party that they will not succeed.

Recently he chided those waiting to be endorsed for the country’s top seat saying he doesn’t need any endorsement.
