MP Johana Ng'eno's advice to DP Ruto that will make him win 2022 presidency

Emurua Dikirr MP Johanna Ng’eno has sent an advice to the Deputy President William Ruto.

According to Ng’eno, this will enable Ruto ascend to presidency in 2022.

Recently there has been political tension Jubilee party that has threatened fallout ahead of the 2022 elections.

Ruto may have fallen out with president Uhuru Kenyatta if the recent unfolding between the duo is anything to go by.Uhuru had agreed to support Ruto’s presidency after the latter massively supported him in 2013 and 2017 elections.

But Ng’eno said Ruto must mend fences with “independent minded” leaders with whom he burnt bridges in the run-up to the last election if he hoped to suppress his enemies in Jubilee.

“He fought independent-minded people who would have now come in handy. He thought he would succeed without them. He should retreat and embrace the people he ignored and spent his time fighting, if he wants to succeed,” said Mr Ng’eno.

Apart from taking the fight to his rivals within Jubilee and building new alliances, others say Ruto should avoid opening too many battle fronts that could bog him down and make him more enemies.

But oflate Ruto has started avoiding the 2022 succession politics and focused on preaching unity and development.
